Despite this, there is a chance of afternoon storms and severe weather chances increasing as a weaker trough develops across the state, resulting in slightly cooler temperatures and more severe weather. The weather should dry out a bit on Saturday, with only a few showers and possibly an isolated storm possible for the weekend. The rest of the week appears to be dry, with the start of the work week remaining dry.

EXTENDED: Afternoon storms and severe weather chances ramp back up Friday as a weaker trough develops across the state bringing us slightly cooler temperatures, as well. We dry out a bit with just the chance for a few showers and possibly an isolated storm Saturday. Sunday and the start of your next work week appear dry!
